How do we hit the spot so well? By using the freshest locally sourced veggies and the finest Australian beef skirt, the traditional cut used in proper Cornish Pasties since their inception. The filling is generously seasoned with a unique peppery goodness & lovingly encased in our own pastry, traditionally handmade with natural ingredients, and ornately hand-crimped into the prefect D-shape, that would even make the Cornish Pasty Association blush! The finished product will give you the most traditional & wholesome meal-in-your-hand, that defies the sum of its parts.
